Data Collection on Our Website Server Log Files Each time you access our website, our server automatically collects data in server log files. These include: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is deleted after 30 days. Cookies Our website uses technically necessary cookies for the shopping cart (session ID) and language selection. These cookies are required for the operation of the website and are not used for tracking purposes. No analytics or marketing cookies are used. Payment Processing We use Stripe (Stripe Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) for payment processing. When placing an order, your payment data is transmitted directly to the respective provider. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. The privacy policy of Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) applies. Contact When you contact us by email, your details including the contact data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. Data is deleted after the inquiry is completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Intelligence Pilot Submissions When you submit your interest via the form on the Intelligence Pilot pages (founding access or connector pilot), we store only the following information: your email address, the selected pilot interest (monthly monitor, AI workspace connector, or both), the page path from which the submission was made, the selected language, and the time of your consent. We use these details solely to contact you about the selected pilot access. No marketing email is sent. This is a separate process from our newsletter; submitting pilot interest does not subscribe you to our newsletter. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting mail@swissforecast.ch. Your Rights You have the right to information about your personal data stored by us. You also have the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing.
