Scope These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Swissforecast GmbH, Klostermatt 4, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer regarding the use of services and products offered via swissforecast.ch. 2. Description of Services The Provider makes producer price indices (PPI), forecasts, risk analyses and editorial content (Insights) available through its platform. The specific services are described in the respective product description at the time of order. All forecasts and analyses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment or purchase recommendations. 3. Prices and Payment All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are net prices. Payment is made by credit card (via Stripe) at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, the amount is charged annually in advance. 4. Usage Rights Upon purchase, the customer acquires a simple, non-transferable right to use the acquired data and reports. Distribution to third parties, publication or commercial reuse of the content is not permitted without the written consent of the Provider. Usage is limited to the customer's organization. 5. Limitation of Liability The Provider's content and forecasts are produced with the utmost care. However, the Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data and forecasts provided. In particular, forecasts do not constitute a guarantee of future price developments. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from decisions made on the basis of the information provided. 6. Cancellation Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time at the end of the current contract period. One-time purchases (reports, individual indices) are excluded from cancellation, as they are digital content whose delivery commenced with the customer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Cham, Switzerland.
