Third Amendment to the North Rhine-Westphalia Building Code 2018 (BauCode NRW)

The third amendment to the North Rhine-Westphalia Building Code aims to simplify and accelerate construction processes, reduce bureaucracy, and strengthen the self-responsibility of those involved in construction. It particularly facilitates the conversion and repurposing of existing buildings and digitalizes administrative procedures. The new "BauCode NRW" comes into force on September 1, 2026.
