BayBO Amendment for Solar, Firewalls, and Procedural Freedom

Effective July 1 and August 1, 2023, this amendment introduced changes to setback areas for radio masts, expanded procedural freedom, and new regulations for fire and partition walls concerning solar installations on roofs. It also addressed approval-free procedures for open-space photovoltaic systems and expanded deviation possibilities for experimental projects.
