BayBO Photovoltaic Mandate for State and Non-Residential Buildings

Effective January 1, 2023, the amendment to the Bavarian Climate Protection Act introduced a new Art. 44a BayBO, mandating photovoltaic systems for state buildings and non-residential buildings, and recommending them for residential buildings. This aims to promote renewable energy use in the building sector.
