NTA 8800:2025 and BRL updates for energy performance (EPBD IV first tranche)

The NTA 8800:2025 method is now mandated for determining building energy performance indicators (BENG), introducing operational CO2 emissions (WLC-GWP), an 'A0' label for emission-free buildings, and a 'ZEB' indicator for 2030. Updates also include adjusted thermal conductivity for biobased materials and integration of battery storage and GACS. New versions of BRL 9500-U, BRL 9500-W, and BRL 9501 are also mandated.
