Stricter EV charging point requirements for new buildings

New regulations impose stricter requirements for electric vehicle charging points and conduits in new buildings. Residential buildings with more than 3 parking spaces and utility buildings with more than 5 parking spaces must provide charging points, pre-cabling, and conduits for electric vehicles, including e-bikes and speed pedelecs.
