BR18 Low-Emission Class for Buildings

Building owners can declare their building meets the low-emission class if its climate impact is below specific thresholds, which vary by building type and size. This includes limits on CO2-equivalents per m² per year for summer houses, single-family homes, multi-story buildings, and other constructions. An additional limit is set for the climate impact from the construction process.
