Revised Construction Products Regulation (CPR)

The revised Construction Products Regulation (EU) 2025/XXX entered into force on 7 January 2025, with most provisions becoming applicable from 8 January 2026. This regulation modernizes the rules for placing construction products on the EU market, aligning with the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). It introduces new requirements for environmental performance, durability, and digital product passports, aiming to improve the sustainability and safety of construction products.
