Repeal of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 and Transitional Provisions

Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 is repealed from 1 January 2027. Products lawfully placed on the market before this date may continue to be made available until 1 January 2029. Manufacturers can opt to apply the new regulation earlier.
