Italy Public Contracts Code: Mandatory Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM)
Article 57 of the Italian Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) mandates the application of Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) for the entire value of public tenders.
