Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (Recast)

The revised EPBD aims to achieve a zero-emission building stock by 2050. It introduces zero-emission building standards for new buildings from 2028 (public) and 2030 (all), and mandates the phase-out of fossil fuel boilers by 2040.
