Spain Solar Obligation for New Non-Residential Buildings 2026

Following EU directives, Spain will require solar installations on new non-residential buildings larger than 250 m² starting from 2026. This measure aims to boost renewable energy generation and reduce carbon emissions in the commercial and public sectors.
