EU Commission Decision on PFAS Restriction

Following the final opinion from ECHA's scientific committees (RAC and SEAC), the European Commission, in conjunction with EU Member States, will make a decision on the implementation of the comprehensive PFAS restriction under REACH Annex XVII. This decision will determine the final scope, derogations, and transitional periods for the restriction.
