KfW Funding Stop for EH55 New Construction 2022

On January 24, 2022, the KfW funding for Efficiency House/Efficiency Building 55 (EH55) in new construction was permanently discontinued with immediate effect. This decision was made due to an overwhelming number of applications that exceeded the allocated budget. The funding for renovations was temporarily halted.
