Implementation of Revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD)

Poland is implementing the revised Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) into national law by May 29, 2026. This directive aims to significantly improve the energy efficiency of buildings across Europe, with a goal of a fully decarbonized building stock by 2050. It includes measures such as an energy rating system for buildings and mandatory PV installations on new public buildings by the end of 2026.
