Simplified Construction of Single-Family Dwellings up to 70 sqm

From January 3, 2022, a law came into force in Poland allowing easier and faster construction of single-family dwellings with a built-up area of up to 70 sqm. This simplified procedure excludes the obligation to appoint a construction manager or keep a construction log, and the administrative body cannot object to the notification, speeding up the process.
