Royal Decree 732/2019 modifying the Technical Building Code (CTE) for energy efficiency.
This Royal Decree modifies the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), updating the Basic Document on Energy Saving (DB-HE) to align with European Directive 2010/31/EU. It revises minimum energy efficiency values, updates the definition of nearly zero-energy buildings, and introduces new requirements for radon protection (HS 6) and fire safety (DBSI).
