Royal Decree 853/2021 regulating aid programs for residential rehabilitation and social housing.

This Royal Decree establishes aid programs for residential rehabilitation and social housing within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. It aims to promote the right to decent housing, increase the stock of affordable rental housing, and contribute to the modernization and energy efficiency of the building stock in Spain. The programs are managed by autonomous communities and cities.
