RPG 2: Spatial Planning Act Revision - 2nd Stage, Switzerland

The second stage of the Spatial Planning Act (RPG 2) revision aims to stabilize the number of buildings and sealed surfaces outside building zones. It serves as an indirect counter-proposal to the Landscape Initiative and will be implemented in two phases starting January and July 2026.
