RPG 2: Spatial Planning Ordinance (RPV) effective January 2026, Switzerland

The revised Spatial Planning Ordinance (RPV), part of RPG 2, will come into force on January 1, 2026. This first phase of implementation will introduce new regulations concerning municipal land use planning and construction outside building zones.
