RPG 2: Spatial Planning Ordinance (RPV) effective July 2026, Switzerland

The second part of the revised Spatial Planning Ordinance (RPV), under RPG 2, will become effective on July 1, 2026. This phase will finalize the implementation of regulations primarily focused on construction outside building zones, aiming for compact settlement development and landscape protection.
